Price a load properly - dump fees, crew, truck, overhead, break-even and the quote. Free, no signup.
Send the result to yourself along with the free Job Pricing Starter — the same maths as a spreadsheet you can keep, in Excel or Google Sheets. No card, no trial.
No black box. Five steps, in order — check every one of them against your own job.
Disposal, crew and truck costed per load, with the market band check - so a heavy load stops quietly costing you money. This page does one job at a time and forgets it. The spreadsheet keeps every job, works offline in Excel and Google Sheets, and is a one-time purchase.
See the Junk Removal Pricing Calculator →From cost. Crew-hours at your loaded rate, plus the actual dump fee for that load, plus your overhead share, is your break-even. Price is break-even divided by one minus your margin. Quoting from truck fraction alone ignores that a dense load costs far more to tip.
Because disposal is charged by weight and the quote was made by volume. A half-truck of tile or shingles can cost more to tip than a full truck of furniture. Enter the real dump fee above and the break-even moves immediately.
Either, as long as the number you quote came from cost. Use this to find the break-even for a typical load, then build your item and volume pricing so it clears that floor.
Then it is worth twenty minutes. I am not a contractor — I do the arithmetic. On the call you tell me how you price now, and at the end I tell you honestly whether a model built on your numbers would help you or whether this calculator is already enough. Both answers happen.
Book a 20-minute call →No cost and no obligation. What I will not promise you is more won jobs — a correct price sometimes loses work, and that is the method working, not a fault in it.
